PIKE at Highgate Village
We’ve been at our intimate studio workshop for 8 months now and it’s starting to feel a lot like home.
Nicholas and Matthew are working closely together, and it’s been fantastic to have Nicholas back at the bench after a long hiatus! Matthew now has the chance to really get to know our customers – the layout of the previous store saw a disconnect between the workshop and the customer space – and we love being able to show the active manufacturing workshop to everyone who comes to visit. Our customers have given us such wonderful feedback about the new space (despite its slightly hidden location!) and we are so pleased to be able to give everyone the time and attention we feel they deserve.
We are incredibly busy, and we have been humbled by the support we have received since opening in June. At the moment, we can’t promise anything until the middle of May, which is a little daunting for Matthew but a problem for which we are very grateful!
Louise will be leaving very soon, and we are pleased to welcome Clare Kingwell to PIKE as our customer service manager. Clare is looking forward to meeting our customers and being a part of the amazing jewellery-making journey at PIKE.
We’d love to see you if you’re in the area, we always have time for a chat and a workshop tour. Don’t forget, we’re very happy to clean jewellery if it needs a little extra sparkle, and we are still offering our annual complimentary polish and rhodium plate of all PIKE jewellery.
We’ll keep you posted!
Love
